If you have not already done so, please contact our office before the end of the year to schedule your Annual Wellness visit, which is covered by your health insurance at no cost to you.
The the office will be closed Monday, September 7 for Labor Day.
Please call our office in September to see when flu shots will be available.
Dr. Carter will be out of office Thursday, September 24 & Friday, September 25. He will be back in office Monday, September 28.
