The town of Albany, IN, has been home to a medical practice for over 70 years. Continuing the tradition, Dr. John Carter's solo, private, independent family medicine practice has been caring for the town of Albany and surrounding areas for the past 14 years.  With patients from newborn to 90s, Dr. Carter addresses a wide variety of conditions, from pediatric wellness checks, to adults with high blood presure, diabetes, high choesterol, hypothyroidism, etc.,  to seniors with mood or cognitive issues, as well as common upper respiratory infections, bumps and bruises.  His courteous and compassionate staff are available to help you navigate the ever changing medical landscape. Situated in the remodeled Albany DMV building, the office is home-y, comfortable, and wheelchair accessible.
